Privacy

This short notice explains how the hosted Volute CVC platform handles account and access data during beta.

What we collect

When you use hosted access, we may receive GitHub OAuth information such as your GitHub user ID, username, profile image, email address if available, and repository or organization access needed for the features you enable.

Sessions and cookies

We use session technologies, including cookies or similar browser storage, to keep you signed in, protect the service, and remember basic product state.

Waitlist and account access

If access is limited, we may store your account details, waitlist status, and related timestamps so we can manage beta availability and communicate about access.

How we use data

We use account, repository, and usage data to operate the platform, support code review workflows, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the product during beta.

Service providers

Depending on enabled features, we may use processors and infrastructure providers such as Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Paddle for billing. Other subprocessors may be added as the hosted product evolves.

Your choices and requests

You may be able to request access, correction, or deletion of certain account data, subject to legal, security, and operational limits. Specific privacy rights can vary by location and by the beta state of the service.
